Our therapists can provide support in a few ways; one is the more conventional 50-minute therapy session to process the unique experiences that ketamine provides and leverage its impacts. We also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, where a therapist is with you during the medicine experience, providing support before, during and after the experience. These sessions can be up to 2 and a half hours. KAP is sometimes slower to start with ketamine, as you will need to meet with a therapist twice before beginning with medicine infusions, so the two of you can develop rapport, trust and get to know each other and your challenges before entering into the medicine experience. However, clients often report a capacity to go deeper into the experience, or get more out of each session even if they are less frequent, when working with our therapists.
